This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases and services provided by Fixkw.com, operated by Fixer Kuwait.

1. General Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all our products and repair services. However, due to the nature of mobile refurbishing and repair services, certain items and services may not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Returns (Products)

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • The product must be unused and in original condition with packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items marked as non-returnable

4. Repair Services

  • Repair service fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been completed
  • If a repair cannot be completed, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the case
  • Any warranty provided applies only to the repaired part or service

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • Service bookings may be cancelled before work begins

7. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
