1. Repair Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on selected repair services. Warranty coverage applies only to the specific part that was repaired or replaced.

  • Warranty period may vary depending on the type of repair.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the replaced part.
  • The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, impact damage, or misuse after repair.
  • Warranty is valid only with original invoice or proof of service.

2. Spare Parts Warranty

We supply original and high-quality spare parts. Warranty for spare parts, if provided, applies only to manufacturing defects.

  • Improper installation voids the warranty.
  • Damage caused during installation is not covered.
  • Parts damaged by water, drops, pressure, or electrical faults are not covered.

3. Battery Warranty

Battery warranty covers abnormal performance due to manufacturing defects only.

  • Normal battery wear and tear is not covered.
  • Swelling caused by misuse or overcharging is not covered.

4. Screen Warranty

Screen warranty covers display defects such as touch malfunction or display issues not caused by physical damage.

  • Cracked screens are not covered.
  • Black spots or lines caused by impact are not covered.

5. Data Responsibility

Fixkw.com is not responsible for data loss during repair. Customers are advised to back up all data before submitting their device.

6. Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty:

  • Bring the device to our store for inspection.
  • Provide original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Our technicians will verify the issue.

If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the defective part at no additional cost.

7. Warranty Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer.

Fixkw.com reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the device has been opened, modified, or repaired by another service provider after our repair.
