Customers are fully responsible for backing up their personal data before submitting their device for repair. Fixkw.com is not liable for any data loss during the repair process.

3. Pricing Policy

  • All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Final pricing may vary after device inspection.
  • Payment must be completed before device collection or spare parts delivery.

4. Spare Parts Policy

  • We sell original and high-quality spare parts.
  • Customers purchasing spare parts are responsible for proper installation.
  • Improper handling or installation voids any applicable warranty.

5. Device Collection Policy

Customers are requested to collect repaired devices within a reasonable period after notification. Fixkw.com is not responsible for devices left uncollected for an extended period.

6. Liability Limitation

Fixkw.com is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Hidden internal faults discovered during repair
  • Damage caused by misuse after service
  • Losses resulting from delayed repairs due to unavailable parts

7. Behavior Policy

We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff may result in refusal of service.
